{"id":811,"date":"2021-11-22T16:27:50","date_gmt":"2021-11-22T16:27:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fevs.ca\/2021\/11\/22\/from-dream-to-reality\/"},"modified":"2023-09-13T15:49:58","modified_gmt":"2023-09-13T15:49:58","slug":"from-dream-to-reality","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fevs.ca\/en\/from-dream-to-reality\/","title":{"rendered":"From dream to reality"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p>Last June, two pavilions of <strong>Papillon Bleu<\/strong> \u2014 <strong>Pavillon St-Jean-Baptiste<\/strong>and<strong>Pavillon Ste-Trinit\u00e9<\/strong> \u2014 asked us to support the acquisition of certain equipment to meet the needs of their learning assistance classes.<\/p>\r\n<p>The teachers of the students concerned sent us a dream list for their school.<\/p>\r\n<p>The items on the list were for anxiety management such as noise-cancelling shells and Manimo heavy comforting stuffed animals. These items promote concentration and therefore learning. A Quebec company, <strong>fdmt<\/strong>, was asked to accompany us.<\/p>\r\n<p>On the other hand, games and devices to support the development of attention span and logic were also requested. An example of this is the drawing tablets with LCD screen. These games and devices were purchased at <strong>La Ribouldingue <\/strong>boutique located in Vaudreuil-Dorion.<\/p>\r\n<p>The Foundation purchased the items on the dream list from the two companies mentioned above. All this to support the educational and social success of the children of the school who are on our list of children in vulnerable situations.<\/p>\r\n<p>The delivery took place at the beginning of September, in time for the beginning of the school year.<\/p>\r\n<p>The photos give you an idea of the contribution.
