The pandemic has disrupted our lives since March 2020. The Foundation has adapted to the situation, as local children have also been impacted by this global crisis. Know that more than ever, your donations have been used to contribute to the educational and social success of all children in vulnerable situations in Vaudreuil-Soulanges.

Our approach to fundraising must adapt. While we were unable to hold a traditional gala last fall, the importance of contributing to the cause is greater than ever.

At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Foundation provided over 220 families with food and hygiene supplies to help them through this unprecedented crisis. A total of $60,225 was allocated to the most disadvantaged families in Vaudreuil-Soulanges.

We also donated $6600 in emergency supplies for infants. The funds were used to purchase diapers, formula and baby hygiene products for the current Vaudreuil Volunteer Centre and the Soulanges Volunteer Centre.

Last August, we gave school bags, lunch boxes, snowsuits, winter boots and sneakers to more than 212 children in need to get a good start to school in these uncertain times.

In addition, we donated $75,000 to the Maison de la Famille for homework assistance and support for various programs at the organization.
